We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
During public holidays and sale periods, please allow extra time for your order to be processed. Orders to Australia generally take around 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on distance travelled and customs clearance.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we won’t be able to make any changes.
Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?
It is completely normal for items to arrive in separate packages. To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we ship from different warehouses.
Please note: all shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in AUD, which means you may be charged import duties, GST, and related fees once your order arrives in Australia.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs. For more details, please check with the Australian Border Force (ABF) or your local customs office.
